7 Little Moments reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update these Terms and Return Policy.

1. Product Uniqueness

Our products are not machine-based mass production. Most are handmade and stitched. Therefore, we do not guarantee the product you receive is exactly the same as the description of product in dimension, stitching detail in same position, screen print quality, or overall quality of each product.

2. Color Range

Due to the limitation and variation of different display devices and room lighting when you look at our product photo, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate.

3. Privacy

We collect your information which is limited for the use of shipping only. We will not disclose to other, unrelated third parties.

4. Payment

The payment process is handled through PayPal. It accepts payment through your credit card and does not require you open an account with PayPal or with this site for buying any product. It is a simple, fast, and secure solution.

5. Order Confirmation

Once you have placed your order online and the payment is cleared, you will receive a confirmation email. We will not ship the product unless the payment and shipping costs have been paid.

6. Delivery Time

All products are shipped from our studio in Hong Kong within one week for in-stock items. Custom-made or out-of-stock products, we will contact you by email to confirm the delivery schedule. Orders are sent via Air Mail from Hongkong Post. Shipping time varies according to regions. Orders to the United States or Europe take around 7-10 days. We are not responsible for shipping time. This information is provided by the postal authority and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods. Also, your own country’s postal authority delivery time may vary.

7. Shipping Policy

Orders are sent via Air Mail from Hongkong Post. If you want another shipping method or insurance, registered mail, please contact us for the shipping cost directly.

8. Customs, Taxes, Duties, Import Fees

The total cost is included the product and shipping cost only. When you receive your product, your own country’s postal authority or customs or local government may charge you extra cost on customs fees/taxes/duties/import fees. It varies from country to country. We cannot anticipate what these charges will be and are not responsible for it. Please contact your local government or post authority for more information.

9. Package Lost or Delayed

We do not guarantee any package reaches you intact, undamaged, in safe condition, and on time through the shipping carrier. If unfortunately, your package is either lost or delayed in transit by the shipping carrier, we will attempt to track the package through the shipping carrier. A claim will then be filed by us with the shipping carrier for a credit refund if the package is lost. In the success of such a claim, we will resend a new product to you.

10. Refund/Return Policy

All sales are final. We issue refunds if the product is defective, in unusable condition, or if the incorrect product is shipped. If unfortunately, you face such a problem, please contact us. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. We only accept products which are carefully repacked and in a new condition, not marked or used. We will refund the product cost to you through PayPal. Shipping cost is impossible to refund. If a package is returned because the address was incomplete or incorrect, or because you refuse to accept it, or because you did not collect it from your post office in time, you will be charged for the shipping back to our studio in Hong Kong.
